This Nordic curl strap slides under a door frame or other secure object and allows you to perform Nordic curls without the need for an expensive Nordic Bench. This also doubles as a Sit-up hook for your ankles.
We suggest grabbing a Resistance Band to use as an assist while learning these. A full Nordic Extension takes lots of practice and mastery, but a band for assistance helps you increase your strength gains along the way!
