While this program is a great introductory program to sprinting for BMX Racing, the types of sprints included/suggested in this guide are the same types of sprints performed by Pro Men and Women at the national level. This program will give you a basic understanding and structure of how to perform different types of sprints and better prepare you to advance to the next training program, if preferred. A personal trainer/coach can further advance you on these types of sprints and how to implement them into your individual training routine, based on your specific strengths and weaknesses!
